It’s finally happening. Months after Apple announced that its iOS 7 operating system would natively support game controllers, the big guns are now unveiling some slick looking hardware.

SteelSeries makes good quality hardware for gaming, and its controller, as unveiled at the CES show in America, looks like a slick piece of hardware indeed. It’s compatible with all Lightning-compatible iOS devices, but never fear if you have older hardware; it’s also possible to play the games on the TV via AirPlay and this sucker.

Yep, that’s right, the full console experience on Apple devices, with what we’re willing to bet will turn out to be some truly great hardware. We haven’t played with this personally yet, but we can’t wait to get our mitts on it.
