Gust’s latest effort is Fairy Tail, its first licensed game. It’s also an excellent JRPG with plenty of spirit, charm, humour and fan service.

In this video, I show you some of what to expect from the game, and talk about why I love Gust’s approach to JRPGs so much. Fairy Tail might not be in line for any GOTY awards, but its classical approach to the genre, and sheer efficiency, is admirable.

Do let us know what you think of the game once you’re playing it! And, of course, feel free to chat with us about Gust and JRPGs too. We do love these topics!
