Great news, JRPG fans! Suikoden III is making its way to the PlayStation Network this week, slated to launch June 23.

As announced on the PlayStation Blog, the 2002 PlayStation 2 title will join Suikoden and Suikoden II as part of the PlayStation 2 Classics series of games available as digital downloads on the PS3. Japanese fans have had access since April of this year, but now those in Europe and North America can also experience the classic Konami title.

Suikoden III differs from the other titles in the series by featuring three protagonists, allowing the story to be seen from three viewpoints. It is a direct sequel to Suikoden and Suikoden II, so prepare for a marathon if it will be your introduction to the Suikoden universe!
