Abstract PlayStation Network title, TerRover, now available

Sony Online Entertainment’s newest PlayStation Network venture, TerRover, is now available, and looks very good indeed.

Wacky, but wonderful

A very abstract title, TerRover features 40 levels across five game worlds, and asks the player to use their rover’s wheel rotation, pivot centre, gravity system and weapons to overcome a wide range of obstacles.

Trophy hunters will be able to acquire up to 16 more trophies, and the game also features YouTube support. Players will be able to upload their exploits for the world to see – a neat touch for showing off speed runs and the like.

It’s good to see Sony continue to experiment with the digital download platform. At $14.99, TerRover is a relatively low-risk title, but one that looks just great.
