Mercenaries Rebirth: Classic tactics action is always good fun!

Video by Matt S.

This game landed on us out of nowhere – I didn’t even realise it was on its way until I logged in and saw it sitting there on the Nintendo eShop. I’m glad I did. Having really enjoyed the previous four Mercenaries titles, as no-frills tactics things, I am always going to be happy to check these games out.

In this video I have a broader chat about the tactics JRPG genre, ask questions about why we don’t see so many of these any longer, and discuss the merits of this particular game.

Let me know your own thoughts!
