Okay, so let’s call that first podcast a trial run. Now we’re back with the second, and it has a new home, music, and all that good stuff!

This week, Alan, Chris and Matt talk about their favourite female game developers and characters. With it being International Women’s Day last week (i.e. the week the podcast was recorded), it only made sense to tie the podcast into that theme. Plus, it gave us an opportunity to talk about some of our favourite games, including:
  • Mass Effect
  • Lollipop Chainsaw
  • Castlevania
  • XCOM 2
  • Hyperdimension Neptunia
In addition, it was a notable week in the Australian games industry, with no less than six games being released on the PlayStation 4 in just a week. So in recognition of that, we also had a look at:
  • Screencheat
  • Gunscape
  • Blast ‘Em Bunnies
  • Lacrosse 16
  • Assault Android Cactus
So have a listen and let us know what you think of our new and improved format!
Also of note, after last week’s feedback, we’ve decided that SoundCloud isn’t the way to go for podcasts. Instead, we’ve created a podcast over at Podbean, which you can find here: Click On Me!
In addition to being a nicer place to stream the podcast off the Web, through Podbean you can listen to us on your iPhone (simply download the Podbean app), and download the podcast for listening offline. You can also subscribe to our RSS and follow us over there so you’ll never miss an episode.
So, enjoy, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on Podbean and the DDNet podcast!
