It’s that time of year again! The Christmas countdown is a tradition at Digitally Downloaded. Like the advent calendars filled with a chocolate each day, with our Christmas countdown we highlight a game each day that is perfect to help you get through the silly season.
Christmas is a time for family and friends, so it’s a good time of year to bust out the multiplayer games. It’s typically a time that people get some holidays, so it’s a good time to knock off some of those RPGs from the backlog.

More than anything else, it’s a good time for gaming. So grab a game or two from our little list and have yourself a Merry Christmas!

 The 24 Games Of Christmas
Day #4: Nobunaga’s Ambition

Christmas is the perfect time to get stuck right into a game that you just wouldn’t have the patience for normally. You know the kinds of games that we’re talking about; the ones that you know you’ll just love, but when it would take up a full week of your typical gaming time during the working year, you’re just not going to bother learning it.
But when you’ve got some time off, take the time to sit down with Nobunaga’s Ambition. Learn its systems, and that way, when work starts back up in 2016, you’ll have a game that you’re comfortable with and you can play an hour here or there without needing to labour through the tutorial.
Because Nobunaga’s Ambition will indeed last you the whole year once you get going with it. It’s that big.
