The 24 Games of Christmas! Day #12: Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f 2nd

2 mins read

We’re counting down to Christmas!

There is a long history in Christmas in counting down the days from the first of December to the big day – after all, who hasn’t had an Advent Calendar at some point?
So we’re celebrating the silly season with a countdown of our own. One game that has been released this year that makes for the perfect Christmas game, each day, all the way down to Christmas Eve.
You can see previous games on our own little Advent Calendar on the side of the site. Just click on any date that has passed and you’ll be redirected (don’t get too excited and jump ahead though – the current page will simply reload). Hopefully it keeps you and your family in the good times for the whole of the best time of year.
Happy gaming!

 The 24 Games Of Christmas
Day #12: Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f 2nd

The whole point about Christmas is to be happy, right? Well, you can’t go past the Project Diva games to fit the theme of the season, then, because without a shadow of a doubt these games are happy.
From the design of the Miku and the other virtual idols themselves, through to the playlists, which are filled with infectious and bouncy pop tunes, through to the gameplay itself which, while often difficult, is executed with endless charm, playing a Project Diva game is like sitting down to a meal of lollipops – there might be different flavours in there, but they are all so very sweet.
The only downside to this game is that if you’re anything like me, Christmas is also the time to catch up on the beer drinking (and egg nog!) and after a few even the easiest difficulty setting becomes a real challenge.
