Horse riding was nice, what are you talking about man? I spend most of my time riding a horse in warband.

I dunno. I never found the control as precise as being on foot. I spend 90% of my times in these games on foot.
But, if you do enjoy riding around on a horse, then it's as good in Fire and Sword as it was in the last game 🙂

The only annoying thing about horses was bumping into people made you stop dead and become vulnerable, the way happens is just annoying.

There was that, and the very wide turning circle. Realistic, I agree, but I preferred to either shoot the buggers down from a distance, or to stand, take/ block the first hit, and the slaughter the horse, forcing the enemy onto his feet for an easy kill.
That there are different ways to play this game that cater to people's individual tastes is a glowing recommendation, I think 🙂

I tend to acquire games when they're heavily discounted – and happened to pick up the two prior Mount and Blade games this weekend on Steam (they're 80% off right now) – I'll probably hold off on the upcoming May 3rd release though (it's only 10% off right now) – but it looks good and Steam is taking pre-orders on it. Looking forward to digging into these a bit soon. 🙂
