Video review: Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise (Wii)

1 min read

Beat the Beat has finally arrived in Australia, and while the Wii might not be getting many new game releases these days, this game continues the fine tradition of quality over quantity in the Wii’s final year.

Taking a deceptively simple idea, throwing in some insane minigames and crazy-fun music, and you’re got a real winner in this game.

It’s just a pity it’s going to be a niche hit, at best, as people save their money for the Wii U instead.

  • Wow, Rythm Heaven Fever JUST got released in Australia? What is Nintendo of Australia doing with its time? Did its employees have to live through a reenactment of John Carpenter's 'The Thing', but instead of an alien its a giant spider?

…And now I will never sleep again.
