Sekai Project has announced that comedic visual novel Welcome to Café Lumière! ~A Dragon Girl Concept Café~, the first game from Japanese developer Cutephoria, will be released for PC later this month. It originally launched in Japan in November 2025. The game features artwork by veteran bishoujo game illustrator Koucha.

Fearburn is a world of swords and sorcery. Dragons are at the top of the food chain, and seven all-powerful dragons ruled over everything. These seven dragons worship Marmalydia Dot Fearburn, the Mother Dragon, with love and reverence — as though she’s a god.

Mother Dragon grew tired of being fawned over every time she went out for leisure. Even her home was becoming a sacred pilgrimage site. She decided to go on vacation in another world, which influenced her destiny regardless of her casual entry. She entered a tsundere maid concept café, where she was greeted by a girl with poor manners. (How refreshing!) She gets hooked on concept cafés, and soon becomes friends with a human male, Shidou Masamune. Then she accidentally set him on fire with her dragon breath…

After using magic to revive Masamune, he told Mother Dragon about an inherited café that was becoming troublesome for him. In an instant, she decides to run her own concept café. It was fate that brought her to open a dragon-themed café with all things dragon, the Dra-Con Café.

Developed by Cutephoria and published by Sekai Project, Welcome to Café Lumière! ~A Dragon Girl Concept Café~ will be released for PC via Steam on April 23. It is expected to launch on other platforms at a later date.

She has has developed a great love of life sims and FMV titles. For her, accessibility is one of the most important parts of any game (but she also really appreciates good UI).
