Watch a five-minute overview trailer for The Sinking City 2
Frogwares has released a game overview trailer for its upcoming survival horror game The Sinking City 2. It also announced two of the game’s voice actors: Andrew Wheildon-Dennis and Gemma Elizabeth Whelan. Wheildon-Dennis (Baldur’s Gate III, The Invincible, 007 First Light) plays Calvin Rafferty, who finds himself drawn into Arkham’s mysteries as the city descends into chaos. Whelan (Game of Thrones, Elden Ring, Mass Effect: Andromeda) takes on the role of a gutsy and highly intelligent character named Faye Bennett. Both characters are central to the story.
The new trailer features a narrated tour through the game’s world. It introduces the Lovecraftian setting and the horrors that lurk beneath the surface. Arkham is a flooded and decaying city overrun by monsters. The trailer also showcases the sequel’s survival horror genre, showing how it combines with investigation. Combat is also highlighted.
Developed and published by Frogwares, The Sinking City 2 will be released for PC via Steam/Epic/GOG, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series on August 18. (Yep, tomorrow!)
