Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord is launching later this month for consoles and next month for PC, and up until now we’ve only known about the physical limited edition of the game. Today, Idea Factory International announced what would be included in the Digital Deluxe Editions for PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. The publisher also released a new trailer focused on gameplay.

Here’s a quick reminder of what Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord is about. Long ago, people were given knowledge by the Goddesses, allowing civilization to flourish. They built a weapon so powerful it could pierce the gods. That civilization ended after a conflict between the Goddesses and the Vile God. Years and years have passed since then when this story begins. Fang is a young Fencer, a swordsman, who has the ability to wield a weapon imbued with a Fairy known as a Fury. With his companions at his side, Fang journeys to find the Furies and resurrect the Goddess. One day, he meets two muses, and things change after that…

The new gameplay trailer, below, shows off… well, the gameplay. The game has a new tactical RPG battle system that uses terrain, strategic positioning, and Avalanche Attack and Fairize mechanics. With the muses, use their song to biff allies or combine both areas of effect boosts for a dramatic buff. Watch out though, as nearby enemies may also benefit.

For each platform, there is a standard edition of the game as well as a Digital Deluxe Edition. For PC, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes the game, a 17-page art book, the same soundtrack as before, three original soundtrack track lists, six PC wallpapers (one of each for 1920×1080, 1600×1080, and 1280×720), 11 mobile wallpapers, and a PC theme. For PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes the game, a 37-page digital art book (including a short story titled That Time I Got Reincarnated Into a High School Warzone), and the game’s soundtrack featuring over 120 tracks.

Developed by Idea Factory/Compile Heart/Sting and published by Idea Factory International, Fairy Fencer F: Refrain Chord will be released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on April 25. It will be released for PC via Steam on May 23.
