Digitally Downloaded covers the trailer for the remaster of Tales of Symphonia

The next release in Bandai Namco’s venerable JRPG series, Tales, will launch quite soon – February 17. Rather than being a new game, as such, it will be a remaster, but a remaster of one of the more respected titles in the series.

Tales of Symphonia was a GameCube title, and don’t be fooled by the cute characters, this one had teeth, with an epic plot that blurs the lines between good and evil, and features two worlds that are locked in a symbiotic relationship.

The remaster features both visual and gameplay improvements, and you’ll even be able to multiplayer your way through this one, with up to four players in local co-op.

The game will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
