Okay, that sounds creepier now that it’s written out. But the fact remains, it’s true.
Anime Contact has been launched in Japan, allowing people to buy contacts inspired by different variations of eyes in anime for a mere 3,300 yen. Anime Contact contacts are different than the usual big-eyed contacts, though: the actually add white spots to add expressiveness to the eyes.
There are three types currently available: Kirakira Eye (orange background), Kiratto Eye (purple background), and Ururu Eye (pink background).
