Not exactly a huge hit when it originally debuted on the Xbox 360 and PS3 four years ago, Viking nonetheless was a pretty fun time. The game is a straightforward affair and features brawling with demons across a free-roaming landscape that’s awash in Viking and norse imagery. Honestly it’s also a pretty fun time (though the later levels are BRUTAL) and is kind of unique in a way.
I don’t think there are any other games on the market that actually feature norsemen. At least, I can’t think of any off the top of my head.
Still, why Sega would seemingly pick Viking out of thin air and relaunch it (to whatever degree) is a little bit of a mystery. In any event, the game’s here (again) and here’s what you can expect to see should you grab it for your very own:

It's not a bad game really, decent amount of strategy and pretty lengthy single player campaign as I recall too.
