Today is the day that we have been hotly anticipating for months. The Nintendo’s 3DS Conference was held today in New York and Amsterdam, and the 3DS release date is March 27 at a price of $249 in the US, and March 25 in the UK, with no price announced as of yet.
Speculation had anticipated that the 3DS could cost as much as $400, and we are glad to see that a more reasonable $249 price point has been reached for consumers.
With only a few months away from launch, expect lots of future 3DS info from us here, as the launch line-up and announced games are sure to be right around the corner.
