As a big fan of D & D, faithful attempts to parody the experience have always appealed to me. After all, the whole concept of suiting up awesome armour and descending into the inky black of a dungeon to slay orcs, trolls, and dragons is timeless, but it’s also quite silly.
Unepic focuses on the silly, and it’s coming to the Wii U. In fact, aside from Cubemen 2, this might well be my most anticipated Wii U game. The game has a pretty good reputation on PC (though I haven’t played it, and I might as well wait for the Wii U version now).
As you’ll see from the trailer, the graphics are slick, the variety of enemies looks to be impressive, the bosses are suitably imposing, and the game promises to be legitimately difficult.
