Delivery service RPG Calamity Angels: Special Delivery has been available in Japan since June, and a confirmed date for its Western launch has been announced: it will be released in mid-February 2026 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. In the game, players lead a ragtag group of carriers as they protect and trek packages through difficult terrains and monsters. But be careful! There are other, more devious delivery service teams trying to take your territory.

Idea Factory International has updated the Calamity Angels: Special Delivery website with system and sound pages. The System page provides information on Special Skills, Omoi Power, the command system, and more gameplay systems. One example is the command system, which allows players to give orders to their teams and have them fight for them. But they won’t always do exactly what you want; instead, they might end up hindering the process or even boosting the party.

Finally, the publisher has also revealed the contents of the game’s physical Plus Edition. It includes a physical copy of the game, a 52-page hardcover art book, a 3-postcard set, a slipcase that holds the art book and postcards, a reversible game cover sleeve, and an exclusive trading card.

These are the game’s key features, via Idea Factory International:

  • In the Mood for Battle? – Running a tip-top delivery service means mailing out orders AND keeping your crew in check. Watch their moods—if they’re unhappy, they might ignore your commands, but their negligence could deliver positive surprises and even victories in battle!
  • Out for Delivery! – Head to the Bulletin Board and see what deliveries await! Inspect the parcel, pack it tightly (no gaps allowed!), and assemble your crew with the right gear (to bonk any pesky foes) and tools for a smooth drop-off. Each successful drop-off delivers sweet rewards your way, so handle with care!
  • Delivery in 3-5 Business Days (Unless you Run into a Boss) – Start your adventure with a roulette spin to determine your next move. Land on shop spaces for goodies, collect special packages for rewards, and maybe tackle some sneaky bosses along the way!
  • Kei Nanameda… Delivers! – From the character designer of Mary Skelter and Death end re;Quest, Kei Nanameda presents a fresh delivery service world with lively dialogue, intense battles, and a quirky cast full of energy!

Developed by Idea Factory/Compile Heart and published in the West by Idea Factory International, Calamity Angels: Special Delivery will be released physically and digitally for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on February 17.
