There’s a new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon on the way!

Just earlier this week I created a list of ten JRPGs to look forward to in 2020, with the note that there is, no doubt, going to be many more coming to get very excited for that haven’t even been announced yet.

And here’s proof: Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. Anyone who likes a good roguelike loves Mystery Dungeon titles, because they are the very best roguelikes, and for years now the Pokémon crossover has been reliably good fun.

Rescue Team DX launches on March 6 (yes, less than two months from now), and there’s already a demo available so you can test it out for yourself. The game has a truly gorgeous watercolour aesthetic, and otherwise you can expect it to be more of the classic, turn-based, random-dungeon experience that we all know and love.

Here’s a trailer. Enjoy!
