Despite the proven effectiveness of the paltry $10 million fund that the industry had slashed from this government two years ago. Despite the recommendation that that fund be restored by a recent Senate enquiry into the games industry. 
Despite the treasurer going on and on about the need to move the Australian economy from mining to high-skilled industries like the games industry in his budget speech, the local games industry got no new investment.
