Ready for your very own portal to hell? Nordic Games is about to unleash the mod-kit and Steam Workshop for their old school action shooter Painkiller: Hell & Damnation.
The development tools used by (Painkiller devs) The Farm 51 are set for release this April and should make those inclined towards modding very happy.
Users of the mod-kit will be able to craft their “own personal game” using the Steam Workshop and mod-kit. As you’d expect, nothing’s off limits once the set releases- you can create new skins, maps, items, weaponry… you name it.
Also worth a mention is that Painkiller: Hell & Damnation will be available shortly on the Linux and Mac platforms. Daniel Garner and (demonic) company should be arriving on the new platforms at roughly the same time as the mod-kit, this April.
