Yes dear friends, thanks to the miracles of modern technology and the Nintendo 3DS, we can finally reveal what the Olympic Games would look like if they were held in LEGOLand.

And if, for some reason, that doesn’t float your boat (and it is a very particular boat to float) there’s also a dose of Hulu’s new Family Section to be downloaded onto your Wii console. Yes, the Wii. What do you mean nobody uses the Wii anymore? That’s incendiary talk mister! Why there’s even a new Virtual Console game up for download this week! It’s none other than that arcade classic, Real Bout Fatal Fury Special. See- There’s still stuff to do on the Wii while we gear up for the Wii U’s launch in… uh…

Look- more video!

Although this is one you’ll probably actually want to watch. Nintendo Video gives viewers a sneak peek at New Super Mario Bros 2’sWarp Cannon course, which sounds really neat. And while we’re on the subject of small, Italian plumbers from Brooklyn- a Month of Mario continues on with a solid deal on Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins, it’s only $3 USD this week. A GameBoy classic that’s well worth that price tag.

  • Real Bout Fatal Fury Special – 900 points — Originally released in 1997, this fighting game is the sixth installment in the Fatal Fury series. With a system based on previous games in the series, the game introduced a more evolved two-line battle, improved the power gauge system and abolished the ring out system. These and other changes allow for greater strategic diversity. In addition to the 15 characters featured in previous games (Excluding Geese), this game includes Tung Fu Rue, Cheng Sinzan, Laurence Blood and Wolfgang Krauser for a roster of 19 characters, all truly suited to the name Special. They’ll duke it out here to see who will come out on top as the strongest.
