A few weeks ago, Marvelous posted an overview trailer for the Japanese version of Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, launching in late August for PC, Switch 2, and Switch. The Western version launches at simultaneously, but Marvelous Europe/USA waited until today to unveil an English-language overview trailer. (Both companies published the same video save for ratings; I am posting the European version, and the USA version can be found here.)
The trailer below is an introduction to Zephyr Town and the activities for players to participate in as they build a new life — and rebuild an old bazaar! The video teaches prospective players about farm life, where they can raise over 100 types of crops. Zephyr Town’s iconic windmills refine raw goods into valuable products, and the wind plays a big role in exploration with a new glider. A tutorial on Bazaar Day explains customer satisfaction and maximizing profits. But don’t let all this activity fool you: there’s much to do outside of work, namely forming relationships and enjoying leisure activities, including a horse derby, fishing, bug catching, and festivals.
