We still have this game around our house, though it doesn't get played anymore really. It was a lot of fun – I remember when it first came out and I went about things as I generally do with games of this nature – playing through every possible mode with every character trying to unlock everything. The Wii version of Super Smash is what my kids all play now, and it still gets regular burn, especially with my youngest.
