Two Point Studios and SEGA have announced a collection of the game and all DLC for its popular 2018 hospital sim, Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection. In the game, a spiritual successor to 1997’s Theme Hospital, you transform defunct hospitals into world-class health facilities. Cure strange illnesses, manage staff, and build up the hospital. Console versions of the game launched in early 2020.

Your hospitals start empty, but there is a variety of items and facilities to help build them up. Begin with a reception desk, a GP’s office, and a pharmacy. Hire some staff. Add toilets and a staff room, and you’re good to go! As your hospital grows, you unlock more rooms and items. Research new treatments, build new equipment, satisfy your patients, and keep your staff happy.

The staff runs your hospital, which is why their happiness is crucial. Their needs must be met, from their bathroom timing to their salary. Each part of the hospital needs doctors, nurses, assistants, and janitors. If they can’t keep up with the fast pace, you can always fire them.

Two Point County’s illnesses are not… normal. For example, patients will often walk in with their heads replaced by lightbulbs. To cure this illness, they’ll need to register at reception, visit the GP for diagnosis, and head to the Lightheaded clinic to turn their bulbs back into heads. Rooms are available for almost every illness, and keeping up with demand can become difficult.

As you meet each region’s needs, the Two Point Health Ministry will award you stars. Each star gets you rewards, facility upgrades, and new hospitals. Each region has some unique illnesses with some interesting symptoms. You’ll have to adapt quickly!

Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection includes the base game and all of its DLC. It adds new hospitals, items, and more. It includes:

  • Two Point Hospital
  • Culture Shock DLC
  • Fancy Dress Pack DLC
  • A Stitch in Time DLC
  • Close Encounters DLC
  • Retro Item Pack DLC
  • Off The Grid DLC
  • Speedy Recovery DLC
  • Bonus Campus Items
  • SEGA 60th Items
  • Free Zombie Costume
  • Hospital Pass (Golden Toilet)
  • Jingle Jam (from Humble Bundle)
  • Convention-al Rug (from Twitch, both Venus and Violet variants)

Developed by Two Point Studios and published by SEGA, Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection will be released digitally for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and Xbox Series on September 16. The physical edition of each version will be released on November 6.

Lindsay picked up an NES controller for the first time at the age of 6 and instantly fell in love. She began reviewing GBA games 20 years ago and quickly branched out from her Nintendo comfort zone. She has has developed a great love of life sims and FMV titles. For her, accessibility is one of the most important parts of any game (but she also really appreciates good UI).
