Ys Memoire: Revelations is considered a pioneering action-RPG classic, and it’s making a return with Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta. The “renewed” take on the title launches physically and digitally in the West for Nintendo Switch in early 2026. The game takes place immediately following the story of Ys X (read DDNet’s review of Ys X: Nordics here). Players have a choice of listening to the original soundtrack of a newly-arranged musical score, while the game retains its unique strategic action-combat and robust mapping system from the original.
Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta is filled with duplicitous schemes, treacherous geography, and secretive characters. The adventure lays the groundwork for the gameplay systems seen in Ys VIII and beyond. Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta is a chance to go deeper into the series’ history and evolution. Players plan and explore their way across dangerous landscapes and use a tag-team combat system that allows for creativity and strategy, all to seek out the truth of Adol’s past.

It includes a copy of Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta for Nintendo Switch, a 3-D acrylic keychain/diorama set, a two-disc OST with 36 tracks, a set of five art cards featuring characters from the game, a 21” x 14” cloth map of Celceta, and it’s all housed in a collector’s box.
Developed by Nihon Falcom and published in the West by Marvelous Europe/XSEED Games (European and American territories, respectively), Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta will be released in early 2026 for Nintendo Switch.
