After what has felt like delay after delay, the remake of Alone in the Dark is now imminent, and it’s really shaping up to be something special. Featuring major Hollywood talent and top quality presentation, the last remaining question is whether the game does justice to one of the most important horror games of all time.

There’s a new trailer that features interview clips with the main talent, and it does give you a nice idea of the kind of vision that the team have been aiming for with it.

It’s less than a month away, folks, and you can be sure that we’ll be jumping in at the earliest opportunity. Even more than the original Resident Evil, the original Alone in the Dark has some strong nostalgia for us. Hopefully this remake is so great that our only complaint in the review is that the original wasn’t included as a bonus.

The game releases on March 20 for PS, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

  • This better be good. Please let it be good. The super-short demo they released a while back looked quite promising, but we shall see, I guess!
