Video by Matt S.

Civilization finally comes to the PlayStation 4, and of course that was the perfect excuse to leap right back into it and get hooked all over again.

I’ve been playing Civilization since the second edition, and I’ve never lost my love for the series. One of the key reasons for it is that Civilization is not just a video game – it’s something that, over the years, I’ve learned a lot from.

In this video I look at the value of Civilization as an educational tool, and why it extends beyond being something merely entertaining (though it’s certainly that). As a resource it could be greatly inspirational to encourage people to learn about everything from history through to economic and political systems.

Also the PS4 port of this game is great! Give it a crack!
