MadCatz has been making peripherals for a while now, and they’ve been producing some really nice quality stuff for a while now. The problem with the WiiU of course is that the main controller is a touchscreen tablet- a third party edition is probably not in the cards for… ever.
So what’s a company like the Catz to do? Stands my friends. Stands and chargers… and a smart cover?
“We’re excited to supporting Wii U with a full range of accessories including our new headset,” said Darren Richardson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. “The new range is part of our strategy to bring innovative products to passionate consumers.”
Headset? Yep, one of those on the way as well for new console. It’s part of MadCatz new branch of its Tritton line- Kunai (which’ll be made available for all current consoles and portables as well) -and is a stereo headset.
Look for the full lineup of MadCatz’ WiiU offerings to hit with the console this Holiday season.
