Toy Soldiers Cold War Invades XBLA

///
1 min read

The final title in the Summer of Arcade promotion for 2011 (and a hotly anticipated game in its own right) Toy Soldiers: Cold War is available now.

Much like the first game, this is a sort of action/tower defense hybrid. But where Toy Soldiers was all about WWI, Cold War is soaked in 1980’s flair- and I mean soaked. From the boombox looming in the background to the Rambo-esque Commando special character- this game is loaded with nostalgia. In fact, if you lived through (and can remember…) the ‘me decade’, odds are you’ll find it pretty hard not to crack a smile at one of the many nods to the era packed in here.

Toy Soldiers: Cold War is available now on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 1200 points – click right here to add it to your download queue.
