Kawagames set to be a new Mecca marketplace for indie games

1 min read

Spanish marketplace, Kawagames, is opening its marketplace up to independent developers to find another avenue to market.

The service has minimal requirements for indie games to get on board:

– It needs to be DRM-free
– It needs to be free of malicious code
– It needs to be free of critical bugs
– It needs to reach a minimum quality standards
– It needs to be in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, English or Japanese.

There are no exclusivity requirements for games to be published on the service, so indies can still publish through the likes of Steam as well.

It’s great to see another marketplace open up with an indie focus, we hope it’s a success, and produces plenty of success story indie games.
