Koei Tecmo and Team NINJA have announced that dark Three Kingdoms action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition will be released for Switch 2 in early September. The Complete Edition originally launched for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox in 2024.
Here is a brief description of the game, via Koei Tecmo:
The game follows the dramatic, action-packed story of a nameless militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms. Players fight off deadly creatures and enemy soldiers using swordplay based on the Chinese martial arts, attempting to overcome the odds by awakening the true power from within.
The Complete Edition includes the base game, launched in 2023, and all the major DLC (Battle of Zhongyuan, Conqueror of Jiangdong, and Upheaval in Jingxiang). It also includes new endgame content, The Thousand-Mile Journey. There are new difficulties, new stages, new Divine Beasts, more challenging difficulty levels, and expanded functions. A range of collaborative DLC will be available, adding equipment and stages from Nioh 2, Naraka: Bladepoint, and Lies of P.
Three in-game items included with the initial release of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be included (Baihu Armour, Zhuque Armour, and Qinglong Armour), as well as The Records of the Grand Historian, an in-game item that shows the location of Marking Flags on the mini-map.
Finally, exclusive to the Switch 2 version is a set of equipment, Xuanwu Armour.
Developed by Team NINJA and published by Koei Tecmo, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition will be released for Switch 2 on September 3. It is already available for PC via Steam/Xbox, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, and Xbox One.
