Publisher, PQube, is responsible for finding some of the most eclectic games from across Asia for publishing (and boy do we love them for that). The latest was announced overnight. Coming from Indonesian studio, Mojiken, A Space for the Unbound is a slice-of-life adventure game about life in ’90s Indonesia, with a story of “overcoming anxiety, depression, and the relationship between a boy and a girl with supernatural powers.”

It’s a game filled with supernatural events, the ability to do “Inception-style” dives into people’s minds in order to experience their memories and deepest thoughts, and has an aesthetic inspired by Makoto Shinkai – the artist behind Your Name and Weathering With You.

If that doesn’t sound excellent on every level, then surely this trailer will have you excited on every level. A Space for the Unbound will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in Q3 2021, so unfortunately we do have a while to wait for this one, but we will keep a very close eye out for more information as it arrives.
