We are very pleased to announce that the latest entry in the My Time With Dee Dee series, Summer Loop, will launch on June 5, 2020.

Summer Loop is designed to explore the kind of absurdism of a Jean-Paul Sartre and Samuel Beckett, wrapping it up in a slice-of-life VN in which nothing is quite like what you might expect. With vivid characters, a playful sense of humour, and some lightly fanservicey art, you’ll get something lighthearted, but also something that follows in the series tradition of highlighting and discussing a range of literature, film and art themes.

Designed to be breezily entertaining and a couple of hours in length, Summer Loop will be very replayable with multiple endings, each of which add to the overall understanding of the narrative. It can be played completely in isolation to the other My Time With Dee Dee VNs… or you can play them all to see many different takes on the DigitallyDownloaded.net mascot and her group of friends.

Finally, for people who are interested in learning more, there is a “Teach Me, Professor” bonus mode within the game, which will give you pointers on the thematic background on the game, and where to read on from there.

Summer Loop will be available on the DDNet Itch.io page: https://digitallydownld.itch.io/, along with the previous volumes in the series. It will be priced at $7.99.

And, of course, anyone who is backing us on Patreon will get the game as part of their pledge, regardless of how much they have pledged.
