There are some stellar people behind this upcoming Hollywood whodunnit

This game is just made for me, I can feel it in my bones. For one, I get to write “whodunnit” several times, which I will never pass up. More importantly, Murder By Numbers will be a 90s-themed Hollywood detective game. Take a look at the trailer:

Murder By Numbers is a visual novel, with a cast of characters from Hato Mao (Hatoful Boyfriend) and music by Masakazu Sugimori (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney). It’s 1996, and Honor was just an actress on a detective TV show… until she is fired, and her boss ends up dead mere minutes later. She finds herself in her very own murder mystery, teaming up with a reconnaissance robot. Honor and SCOUT the robot will need to investigate many cases to unearth clues, piecing together proof one pixel at a time.

Find out whodunnit next year, on PC and Nintendo Switch.

Here’s when you can get your hands on Harvest Moon: Mad Dash

Harvest Moon: Mad Dash isn’t a typical Harvest Moon title; instead of a gentle farming simulator, it is a fast-paced puzzle farming game. Previously announced as being released in North America on October 29, we now know when we can expect the title in European territories. But first! A launch trailer:

The game will launch for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 digitally on October 29, and physically on November 15.

Mad Dash can be played solo or with friends, but if you go at it with friends your communication skills better be on point! Fulfill orders by harvesting, fishing, milking, and more. It starts easy, but then you’ll visit the beach, the farm, and the Underworld, and things get progressively more difficult.

Dark Devotion is coming to consoles

Originally launch in April for PC, Dark Devotion is set to be released on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on October 24. The game is a 2D side-scrolling action RPG where you explore a fallen temple and put your faith to the test. Here’s a console announcement trailer:

Dark Devotion promises “a richly detailed, immersive narrative,” per its Steam page. Your pilgrimage is cursed, and you’ll need to wield dozens of weapons in your quest to discover the Templar’s secret.

You’ll be traveling through several different worlds, each offering several different paths. Each is original, but all are connected, and once you choose there’s no going back. It’s easy to get lost, so you’ll need to pay close attention to where you’re going and where you are.
