The most beautiful thing that has ever existed, Hatsune Miku, has been rather quiet of late in the video game arena, after SEGA apparently lost the license to produce new Miku games. Thankfully, it looks like SEGA can continue to support its existing titles, and we’re getting some new DLC for the utterly brilliant Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone.

It’s not a huge DLC package; for about $10 you get a couple of new Snow Miku costumes to use in-game, as well as a truly stunning wallpaper for your PlayStation 4 home menu. It doesn’t sound like much, I know, but Snow Miku costumes are universally elegant and gorgeous, and it’s great to see SEGA supporting the game, even if it’s rapidly running out of things to add to the game.

We definitely need a new Miku game now… or just a port of Future Tone to the Nintendo Switch. C’mon SEGA and Crypron, get your respective acts together… I miss playing with my bae. In the meantime, this DLC package does release within the week.
