Video by Matt S.

It’s been a tough week for the Aussie games industry as we come to terms with last week’s news that the Australian government has no intention on supporting game development.

So I decided to make a video looking at some (not all… in fact, just a percentage) of the amazing Aussie-developed games that are available on console. And to think there are *so* many more on PC and mobile.

For an industry that employs less than 1,000 people, wow do the Aussies punch above their weight in crafting creative, interesting, entertaining and different games. It’s a breath of fresh air.
