Forever in my favourable graces for bringing us the multifaceted, atypical comedic murder mystery Deadly Premonition, Rising Star Games celebrates its 10 year milestone with upcoming announcements for every 10th day of the month for the remainder of 2014.

An expression of gratitude to the fans from the Managing Director of Rising Star Games:

“Over the years, Rising Star Games has grown from being focused on bringing the best games from Japan to western audiences to celebrating the very best in gaming from all over the world,” said Martin Defries, Managing Director of Rising Star Games. “The industry has seen huge changes in the last decade, but one thing that’s never changed is our commitment to fantastic games, and that’s something that we’ll continue for the next decade and beyond.”

From everyone at Rising Star Games, we would like to take this opportunity to say “thank you” for all the support over the years – to both the fans and all our development partners we’ve worked with in the last decade. What’s more, we promise to continue pushing boundaries and bringing you innovative, memorable and, most importantly, FUN games!

Because details of the announcements are not specifically stated, it leaves one to wonder what delectable surprises RS Games will have lined up. The introduction of a new franchise, perhaps? Or, please say it’s possible, a reveal for Access Games’ Deadly Premonition 2?

We can ponder as much as we wish. But as Japanese game aficionados, we can but patiently wait, chests quivering with anticipatory breath, until the 10th of each coming month.
