The weekly discussion: Gaming on the go edition

These days there are no shortage of options for gaming on the go. In addition to the traditional handheld consoles – the 3DS and the Vita – there’s very powerful gaming laptops and the ever reliable iPhone and iPad and Android devices.

But if you’re like me and you own all of those devices (aside from the laptop, at least), then it’s impractical to actually carry around all of these devices at once. Invariably only one or two devices are going to be a gamer’s typical “portable gaming” experiences.

So for the discussion this week I thought I would throw it out there – what gaming devices do you genuinely use for portable gaming, as opposed to those handheld consoles that you mostly just play at home.

And as always, happy gaming!
