The week’s Play-Asia specials: Art, art and the art of stealth and assassination

2 mins read

If you’re on the hunt for some cheap games for your consoles, Play-Asia rotates around weekly specials, and there are often some really great bargains to be picked up.

So what’s on for this week? If you like Japanese RPGs, Japanese weirdness, and more than a little dash of Japanese anime, you’re in for a big week of purchasing!

Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection – If you needed any proof that games can be art, then this collection is the one to get. Two of the most loved PlayStation 2 games of all time hold up remarkably well in HD on the PlayStation 3. $10 per game for two games every gamer should experience? That’s a bargain.

Rayman Origins – Play-Asia has the PlayStation Vita game on sale, and it’s worth a look for fans of challenging 2D platforming. Some of the most gorgeous art available on the Vita, this launch title was one of the first to showcase the power of Sony’s handheld.

Hitman: Absolution – Putting the controversy of the promotional ad aside, Hitman: Absolution is a darned fine game. The bald assassin might not be the console-selling drawcard he once was, but if you’ve already got a PlayStation 3? It’s nicely different from the usual action fare.

Thank you again for your support, and enjoy the games! Just click on the image below to be taken to the Play-Asia website. We thank you for your support by buying your games through our Affiliates program.

As a disclaimer; Digitally Downloaded is a Play-Asia affiliate, and we do gain some income from any games you purchase by clicking on the link below. It’s win-win for you and us, as you get games cheap, and we get to eat (we tend to get cranky and write bad reviews when we’re starving), so we thank you for your support. The affiliate arrangement in no way affects our editorial coverage.

This is the bio under which all legacy DigitallyDownloaded.net articles are published (as in the 12,000-odd, before we moved to the new Website and platform). This is not a member of the DDNet Team. Please see the article's text for byline attribution.
