No mystery here- Steam users who promote Cognition: an Erica Reed Thriller on Greenlight and Facebook will be in the running to win one of 500 season passes.
Cognition actually looks like a pretty great graphic adventure (with a pedigree that includes Jane Jensen) and now you’ll be able to win a chance to get in on the action for free with just the click of a mouse.
If the game breaks into the top ten titles up for consideration through Greenlight by October 15th, it’ll officially be stamped for approval by the digital download service. That basically means Cognition will become available for purchase with the next batch of ‘approved’ titles. And if that happens, Reverb (the game’s publisher) will give away 500 season passes to the episodic mystery game to 500 followers.
All you need to do to get in on it is ‘like’ Cognition on Facebook and vote for it through Greenlight.
“If Cognition gets approved on October 15, we can’t think of a better way to say ‘thank you’ to our loyal fans than by hosting this give away,” said Doug Kennedy, CEO of Reverb Publishing. “We think the game is really special, and a perfect fit for Steam’s platform.”
