Details of what weapons or costumes will be offered are scarce to nonexistent, but it goes without saying that these will likely be subtle inclusions rather than game-changers. We'll have to wait and see whether costumes have any benefit other than paid fan-service.
What else is new with XIII-2? Apparently, we will witness the return of fan-favorite events like casinos and chocobo races.

It's interesting, but one article I read awhile back stated that the game may have multiple endings too? not sure if that's been confirmed or not, but I hope so - it helps replay value, but also that, plus the DLC (even if it just turns out to be fluff by and large) - it would be nice to see the FF series finally moving into these new directions a bit.
